Rates 2022

Accommodation, breakfast, dinner, high tea, laundry (min 2 night stay) & VAT.

Lunch, local & premium brand drinks, guest laundry, daily activities, expert guiding, travel insurance, any item not described above.

Children aged 6 to 11 pay 50% of the adult rate. Children aged 12 and over pay the full adult rate. Children aged 0 to 5 stay free of charge. Children of all ages are welcome.

No single supplements apply.

• 1 local guide / pilot per group only.
• Guide Rate is on a full board basis. Contact us for the rate.
  Selected wines as per additional wine list, imported spirits and extras for the guides own account.

• Clients estimated time of arrival (ETA) needs to be provided to our office in advance, via email, SMS or WhatsApp.
• Ohorongo Game Reserve entrance Gates are locked at all times and are opened for our guests arrival.
  Our guides will meet guests at the preferred entrance gate at the given ETA and escort them to the Tented Camp. 
• We serve a combination of a mixed African-European cuisine. We are supporting local products, use own fresh produces and seasonal ingredients. Please inform us prior to arrival of any special food preferences or allergies, preferably upon booking confirmation.
• Due to the exclusivity of our camp setup & individual service, a minimum of 2 nights or more can only be offered. This is to ensure that guests can enjoy the full potential of experiences on offer and be environmentally sustainable.
• A one night booking, will be calculated according to a 2 nights’ accommodation rate, as we offer a minimum of  2 nights’ accommodation only.
• We recommend families with young children to stay at our Ohorongo Safari Lodge inside the Ohorongo Game Reserve.
